To ensure public health and safety during the 2021 World Internet Conference, the following requirements are being implemented according to coronavirus-related prevention requirements and regulations of Zhejiang province. All delegates are required to fully understand and comply with these requirements.

I Before the conference

1. All delegates should conduct health self-monitoring for 14 consecutive days before arrival in Wuzhen. They are required to fill in and sign the Health Declaration Form truthfully and completely on registration day (September 25).

2. On registration day, attendees should provide a valid negative COVID-19 result from a nucleic acid test within 48 hours (based on the date of sampling) and receive another nucleic acid test at the registration area before checking in and waiting for the result at the hotel. Those without the report cannot check in until the result for COVID-19 test at the temporary nucleic acid sampling site is negative.

3. Delegates from Zhejiang province should prepare their Zhejiang Health Code in advance. Delegates from other regions should apply for a Zhejiang Health Code and prepare an Itinerary Code in advance.

4. Those with the following conditions should attend the conference: fever-like symptoms within the 14 days before the event, history of travel to cities/districts with medium and high risk of COVID-19 infection or provinces with large-scale epidemic clusters, or whose Itinerary Code prompts risk.

5. Delegatess are advised to complete the full course of vaccination against COVID-19.

II During the conference

1. Delegates should conduct daily health self-monitoring. If abnormal symptoms are presented, delegates should immediately report to staff at the venue and go to the designated hospital in a timely manner.

2. All delegates are advised not to go to crowded places or participate in gatherings unless necessary. When taking public transportation, riders should wear surgical masks.

3. During the conference, delegates should wear surgical masks throughout the session after entering the venue.

4. Delegates with abnormal health codes or incomplete health declarations are not allowed to enter the venue.

5. During their stay and when entering the venue or in the venue, delegates with a body temperature of 37.3℃ and above or suspected symptoms of COVID-19 should cooperate with on-site staff to undergo epidemiological investigation and corresponding measures, and should not enter the venue before a definitive diagnosis is made.

6. Each organizing group should appoint a specific person to communicate and coordinate on matters related to epidemic prevention and control, and urge relevant personnel to comply with the epidemic prevention requirements of the World Internet Conference. If any personnel has an armpit temperature above 37.3℃ or suspected symptoms of COVID-19, the person in charge should report to on-site staff immediately and cooperate with epidemiological investigation and corresponding measures.

7. Other matters not covered herein shall be implemented in accordance with the disease prevention and control requirements of this conference. Delegates who are found to have covered up  their medical history, travel history or contact history, conducted self-medication to conceal abnormal symptoms, concealed their health status or otherwise attempted to circumvent epidemic prevention measures are prohibited from attending the conference. Those who have caused serious consequences shall be investigated for legal responsibilities in accordance with laws and regulations.

8. The prevention and control policies for this conference will be adjusted in a timely manner based on the situation of the epidemic.
